The Services, including the patient portal and any messaging features, are not intended for emergencies. If you are experiencing a dental or medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

If you create a patient portal account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.
